Help solve either of these tricky medical cases and win up to $350,000 in prizes!

We hope you’ll participate. By doing so, you’ll have the potential to win a six-figure reward, pioneer a breakthrough, and quite literally change two lives.

On this site, you can access fully de-identified case files of Patient A and Patient B (two real patients who are substantially suffering and who have gone undiagnosed and without effective treatments despite substantial efforts). Every idea you submit is first reviewed by the patients’ prescribing physician to ensure clinical safety, legal compliance, and HIPAA-integrity—so you know your insight reaches the right hands. Crack their diagnosis or find a treatment that works for them, and you’ll earn a large cash prize, public acknowledgment (if you choose to accept it), and the satisfaction of turning serious suffering into a recovery story.

Whether you’re a doctor, scientist, data sleuth, or just love a medical mystery, we’d be grateful if you’d take part. Doing so is simple - just email us (medicalsolutionbounty@gmail.com) your idea for a diagnosis, treatment, or test to conduct, along with a convincing, well-reasoned rationale for why you’re proposing it. You can win if you crack either patient’s mystery or propose a treatment that’s effective!
